Domestic Shipping

Shipment Processing Time

Upon receipt and confirmation of your order, please allow a period of 48 hours to process your order. For orders placed during a holiday or special promotion, please allow for a processing time of 3-4 business days. Estimated delivery times for shipment are applicable to addresses located in the 48 contiguous United States once orders have left our distribution center.

Shipping Options, Delivery Times & Rates

Shipping Options

Curbside, USPS and FedEx delivery options are available. Shipping rates are based on weight according to USPS and Fed Ex shipping guidelines. Express delivery options are unavailable.

Shipments to APO/FPO Addresses

Shipments to military locations—APO and FPO addresses—must be delivered via United States Postal Service & FedEx. Express delivery options are unavailable.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Federal holidays within the United States are excluded.

  • Orders may take up to 3 business days, from the time your order is received, to be processed.

  • Not all shipping methods are available for all items or shipping addresses as per U.S. Department of Transportation rules and regulations.

  • Orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

  • Orders are receivable by shipment; pick-up option is available


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once you have completed your online order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email which confirms your shipment and contains your tracking number. You may use this tracking number to track your order at the website of the carrier selected to ship your order.

International Shipping (no international shipping at this time)

Delivery Method

Once processed, all packages with international destinations are shipped via designated carrier as stated in the International Shipping Terms and Condtions. International fees apply. As with domestic shipments, you receive an email confirming your order and a second email confirming shipment which will also include your tracking number. Please allow up to 10-15 days for transit to all locations outside of the contiguous United States.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are subject to any applicable local customs regulations, duties and tax charges, all of which are the responsibility of you, the purchaser. Please check with your local customs department to verify that shipment of our products is permitted to your country and to receive information on any applicable duties or tariffs. Should your shipment be refused by customs or by you due to regulations, taxes and/or duties OR if your shipment is seized by customs for any reason and not returned to MOBB Braids ‘n Beauty LLC, no refund will be provided.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Upon shipment and once packages have been confirmed as delivered to the order address, MOBB Braids ‘n Beauty LLC bear no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. To receive information on shipments presumed lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and make sure to have your tracking number readily available. Once the order has shipped and tracking capabilities become available, we strongly recommend tracking your shipment’s progress closely. We also recommend being available to receive your shipment directly on the estimated package arrival date or contacting the carrier to schedule a pick up at their holding facility. 


Damaged Orders

Once shipped, MOBB Braids ‘n Beauty LLC bears no responsibility for products damaged in transit. In the event of such damage, a claim must be initiated by you, the purchaser and properly filed with the delivering carrier. We will be happy to assist in this process as needed. We can also offer a replacement of the damaged items, or an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, upon return of items in question.
