Booking An Appointment

  • Potential clients must first book a consultation.

  • Consultation required for starter locs, weave and wig, hair loss & scalp issues,

  • All clients must complete the Liability Waiver & Questionnaire Form to receive services.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment and goes toward your style cost. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows and cancellations. Please be sure you want the service before you book.

    Reschedule/Cancellation/No Show Policy

  • Reschedule appointments 12 hours prior to your appointment from your confirmation email.

  • Text if you’re running late. After 10 minutes of no communication your appointment will be automatically canceled and offered to the next person on the wait list. Your appointment may be rescheduled if lateness affects the next appointment.

  • All no shows are immediately banned from booking in the future.

  • Receive 10% off if stylist reschedules your appointment. Receive a full refund if the stylist has to cancel your appointment.

  • This business has the right to refuse services to anyone at any time.

    Additional Information

  • For best results, all hair must be clean and product free before styling.

  • For business purposes, pictures will be taken of the style completed and displayed across our social media sites, Google and on this website. For your privacy your identity is protected.

  • COVID safe practices are enforced. Please do not come in sick and risk being turned away.

  • An entourage is not allowed.

  • Not servicing new children for braids, at this time. New loc kids allowed.

  • No style switching on the day of your appointment. Contact at least a day prior. Will only accommodate if style doesn’t affect other appointments.
